Payment
You can pay for your purchase in several ways: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or NEW PEOPLE the Store gift card.
Delivery
Many of the items shown on the NEW PEOPLE Online Store can be delivered.
We offer delivery through FedEx only.
We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our supply warehouse via FedEx. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order.
To calculate estimated online shipping charges please add the items to the cart and use the shipping calculator on the Check Out page. We offer shipping through FedEx for a minimum rate. You may also call us at 415-525-8630 for further inquiries.
In order to avoid delivery complications, please contact us if the receiving address has any delivery restrictions. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from the warehouse. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for the In-Home Delivery Provider to call you to schedule your delivery date. The delivery company will then call you 24 hours prior to the delivery to give you an approximate 4 hour time window. Someone 18 years or older will need to be available during this time frame to accept your order. In some cases, you may arrange for after hours or a specified time delivery at an additional cost. This additional service can be arranged directly with In-Home Delivery Provider when they contact you to schedule your delivery.
Please note, that changing your delivery address in your profile on this site only changes your delivery address for future orders placed through the NEW PEOPLE Online Store. It will not change the address for confirmed orders.
Changing or cancelling your online order
You have been given an approximate ship date on your order confirmation. Please note that this is a planned date and depending on NEW PEOPLE’s order volume the date is subject to change. If you wish to change or cancel an online or phone order, please contact Customer Service at 415-525-8630. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Purchased in Store:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 14 days (In-Stores) unless noted below. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Promotional Terms & Conditions:
When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Purchased online or by phone:
Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days unless noted below. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 415-525-8630 10am-8pm PST Sun-Sat. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.
